15 HOLIDAY CLEARANCE DEALS UNDER $100 YOU’LL BE GLAD YOU WAITED TO BUY

It happens at this time every year: the Holiday Clearance Sale. That special gift you paid full price for is now 75% off to make room for all of the Valentine’s Day stuff before December has even ended. But there are deals to be had here, so whether you’re picking up a little something for that friend with the January birthday, or you just can’t resist a bargain, all of the major retailers are offering their inventories at rock-bottom prices. As your personal shopper, I’ve found 15 items that will have you clicking “Add to Cart” ASAP.

  1. It’s Not a Late Holiday Gift, It’s an Early Valentine’s Day Present. BaubleBar.com is a popular site with both celebs and us regular people, and their sales prices are as hard to resist as their designs. These earrings are perfect for a Valentine’s gift to your bestie or yourself, a steal at $10 (reduced from $44 and with an additional 50% off at checkout). Get them while you can!

2. Go Dutch Treat. Everyone loves the look of a Dutch Oven, as well as everything you can cook in one. This cast iron version by Lodge is a steal at $80 and it looks fabulous just sitting on your stovetop. I should know–I have it in red.

3. Get Resolution-Ready. You or someone you know is promising to start a new exercise program in the new year. Instead of quoting stats on how many New Year’s resolutions are broken before January 31st, I’m going to encourage you to grab something from lululemon’s End of Year Sale as motivation.

4. Make Some Fun. The phrase “kids of all ages” doesn’t get used very much these days, but that’s what I think of when I see a LEGO set. My sons grew up with the universally beloved building blocks that every parent has accidentally stepped on, but watching them hone their skills on more complicated sets as they got older is a favorite memory. If this one had been around when they were a little younger, it just might have ended up displayed proudly on my desk (especially since it’s under $50 right now).

5. Treasures Galore at the Department Store. My mom refers to legendary retailer Nordstrom as “The Mothership” for its tractor-beam-like pull on consumers. The stores are beautifully appointed, with high-end brands on display everywhere you turn. Their infamous Half-Yearly Sale is now in full effect, and you could spend an entire day on their website going over the amazing deals in every department. This polka dot skirt from Free People–marked down to $58 from $98–caught my eye, because polka dots.

6. Hit the Bullseye. Two words: Target Clearance. We all love “Tar-zhay” for all of the reasons, but never more so than when they clear out their seasonal inventories. Some of the deals are so ridic, it’s like they’re giving them away. I always go straight for the Accessories Clearance first, because I can’t resist a cute bag at a great price, like this Land’s End tote which is now 40% off (also available in navy-and-white).

7. Bed Down While Prices Are Down. There’s no better time to give your beloved bed a refresh ahead of the New Year. Considering we spend an average 1/3 of our lives in bed, we have every reason to make it exactly the way we want it. Pottery Barn is offering some great bedding deals, like this Stewart Plaid Flannel Sheet Set that just gets softer every time you wash them. Mmm, bed.

8. Get Something Well-Made. I love a pun, and I love Madewell, a brand that lives up to its name while offering inclusive sizing. As a petite woman, it’s been hard for me to find jeans that fit me…well, and now I live in Madewell. Their End-Of-Season Sale has jeans priced as low as $19.99–but thanks to the extra 50% off at checkout, you can get several pairs. I love these Tapered Denim Trousers, which make everyone’s legs look a mile long.

9. (Re)Stock Up On Basics. Amazon’s selection of clearance items for the kitchen are so mind-boggling, it’s hard to believe they’re real. This entire 24-piece silverware set is just $14.99, and ideal for someone setting up a new home in the new year (or for yourself to replace everything you’ve been using for years).

10. Faux It Til You Throw It. I love faux fur. It looks amazing in every color and it’s fun to both wear AND play with when decorating. These super soft faux fur throw pillows from Anthropologie come in six colors and are an additional 40% the already marked-down price as part of their year-end clearance sale. You can already see them on your couch, can’t you?

11. HM…How to Choose? If I could get back all the time I’ve spent in H&M, I’d be at least five years younger. They already offer trendy styles at great prices, but their current 60% off sale has items starting as low as $1.99. Grab some winter basics like this fuzzy, fringy scarf for just $12.

12. Enjoy the Silence. Tech is at its best when it serves a higher purpose, like helping you sleep better–or just avoiding that annoying guy seated next to you on your flight. Currently 47% off at Amazon, these noise-canceling Bluetooth earbuds from Beats are compatible with iPhones and Androids, and come in red, white, and black.

13. Put Me In Coach. I have a special happy place, and it’s called the Coach Outlet store. My mom introduced me to this legacy brand when I was in my 20s with a regifting of a vintage crossbody saddlebag purse that I wore to the point of unraveling, yet refuse to part with. It’s not like you can shop there ALL the time, but the Clearance prices at the moment offer some pretty sweet deals, with some items up to 70% off. The Mini Jamie Camera Bag comes in 11 styles priced from $83-$99. You can also nab the cool little Zip Wristlet for just $26.40.

14. Self-Care, Everywhere. You survived the holiday stresses, yay! Now’s the time to hit up the beauty sites for those holiday gift sets that have been gloriously marked down. This $34.80 set from ESPA is called “The Ritual of Relaxation” and comes in a gorgeous box that could be repurposed for jewelry or other keepsakes. Make relaxation your ritual routine in 2025, starting now!

15. Jazz Up Sober January. Mocktails will be the go-to for 31 full days for anyone embracing Sober January, so do it up in style with Harry & David’s Mockarita Gift Box. Marked down to $49.99 from $99.99, it’s so bright and fun, you’ll (probably) forget there’s no hooch to go along with the habanero salsa.
