Mister Sinister was a biologist in the 1800s who became obsessed with the idea of evolution. Granted powers by Apocalypse, Sinister has remained one of the X-Men’s most dangerous foes and he maintains a dangerous obsession with Cyclops and Jean Grey.

How can it be anyone else? Magneto was the very first antagonist the team ever faced. Of course, there has been plenty of flipping between hero and villain for Max Eisenhardt, but you know he will always make decisions that are in the best interests of mutantkind.
